Three drivers of transformation
Our approach centers on three drivers of transformation. Depending on your needs, we apply these separately or in combination for the greatest impact.
Our approach centers on three drivers of transformation. Depending on your needs, we apply these separately or in combination for the greatest impact.
Improvement projects, whether large or small, start with a hypothesis that a new approach will lead to different outcomes. Our Impact Analysis services enable you to clarify your hypothesis, align your effort with your environment, and create a framework to monitor outcomes over time to understand and adapt to changing circumstances.
Our Stakeholder Collaboration services apply human-centered design and quality improvement methodology to align community needs for shared value and positive change.
Our Systems Implementation services support organizations and communities to implement new workflows, connect data processes, and align policy frameworks for lasting impact.
Working with Intrepid Ascent has helped us drive our innovative data infrastructure projects forward more rapidly, and in a focused and effective manner. Their interdisciplinary teams are incredibly supportive and provide thoughtful, responsive, and high-quality expertise in a variety of subject matter areas, supporting the transformation of our community’s care delivery systems.
To promote effective, whole person care, California has launched the Data Exchange Framework (DxF), which sets out guidelines to facilitate the secure and appropriate exchange of health and social services information. Intrepid Ascent is serving as a key thought leader for the DxF, providing organizations with webinars, one-on-one strategic coaching sessions, readiness assessments, and other support focused on the DxF and its implications on their work.
Intrepid Ascent is honored to have been selected by the Department of Health Care Services as a CalAIM PATH vendor. Available to providers, community-based organizations, counties, and other entities implementing Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports, the TA Marketplace is a virtual, one-stop-shop website where entities can access resources and technical assistance designed to build knowledge and capacity, implement systems and tools, advance health equity, and support cross-sector partnerships.
We are engaged with regional stakeholders in California to further the Department of Health Care Services’ CalAIM PATH Collaborative Planning Implementation Initiative. The community-wide goal is to support implementation of Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports by engaging with local entities to discuss how PATH and other CalAIM funding initiatives may be used to address gaps identified in MCP Needs Assessments and Gap Filling Plans.
